About Adrian Molina

I was born in Buenos Aires and have spent the past two decades living and working in the United States, mostly in New York and Miami.

I’m the founder of Warrior Flow, a long-running platform devoted to embodiment, presence, and compassionate connection through yoga, mindfulness, and community. My work has always been less about performance and more about listening, creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and with others.

Over the years, my work has expanded beyond yoga studios into hospitals, shelters, schools, correctional facilities, and hospice settings. These experiences have shaped how I understand healing, not as something to fix, but as something that unfolds through presence, relationship, and time.

My writing lives at the intersection of wellness, psychology, philosophy, death awareness, and the world we are living in. I’m interested in what happens when we slow down enough to tell the truth and sit with uncertainty rather than rushing past it.

This space is an extension of that intention. By subscribing, you’ll receive essays written for paid readers and access to a growing library of yoga and embodiment practices designed to support real life.

I’d be honored to hold space for you.
